Hair Policies

  1. Same Day Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. To schedule another appointment with us, you must settle the outstanding balance. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  2. No Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be billed for the full cost of the service. To schedule another appointment with us, you must settle the outstanding balance. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.

  3. Change of Service Policy: Please let us know if you would like to add or remove any services booked so that we can plan time accordingly to satisfy your needs.

Lash Extension Policies

  3. You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions to qualify for a fill. If you need to change to a full set, please let us know beforehand so we can book extra time.

  4. If you bring a guest, they will need to wait in the waiting area, one client in the lash room at a time due to the precision and focus needed for the service.

  5. No foreign fills, if you have lash extensions from another salon, you will need to book a removal and a full set.

  6. No contact lenses, please wear your glasses to your lash appointment.

  7. Avoid Caffeine before your lash appointment because if causes your eyes to twitch.
